Adjust viewing permissions for Dashboard widgets

This is part of the Visual Dashboard Reporting Add-on Module and the Role-based User Security Add-on Module.

You can set up the Dashboard so that only certain widgets are available for different user roles. This allows you to manage who will see the data available in the widgets in order to keep some data private or to simplify eGrow Connect for some users.

1. Navigate to System Setup > Users & Permissions > Roles.
2. Double-click on a user role from the left pane.
3. Click on the Dashboard Widgets tab in the right pane.
4. In the Allow Access column, toggle each widget appropriately to allow access for that role to view or leave it off to deny access.
5. Repeat for each of the user roles in the left pane.
