Load Schedule Tool

eGrow Connect provides you with a Load Schedule to view and adjust shipments on a calendar. You can find this tool by clicking on shipping icon Shipping then load schedule Load Schedule. Here are a few of the capabilities within the Load Schedule tool:

  1. You can adjust your view between month, week, and day views in the top right hand corner.
  2. You can drag and drop existing loads to a new day, when you do this, it will automatically update the ship date on the Load and also on any sales or master orders included on the load.
  3. You can easily identify the status of load based on the color coding system.
    1. Blue orders are open and scheduled
    2. Yellow orders are loading and have an arrival time recorded in the “Truck Information” tab of the load.
    3. Green orders are Departed and have a departure time recorded in the “Truck Information'' tab of the load. Tip: You can easily record when a truck arrives or departs by going to the “Truck Information” tab, clicking into the Arrival or Departure field, then clicking Now.
    4. Grey orders are completed and marked as complete in the “Load Information” tab of the load.
  4. You can filter the schedule by sales rep or by loading dock by clicking Set Filter at the top of the Load Schedule.
  5. You can click on Full Screen which will display the schedule that will update and prevent pixel burn every 30 seconds. Some nurseries use this view instead of a white board to keep the schedule displayed at all times in the office. Note: You can reschedule loads from full screen view but not see details about each load.
