Unpost a credit memo

You can unpost a credit memo to make additional changes before it has been transferred to Quickbooks.

Note: There is a different method to unpost a credit memo if it has already been transferred to Quickbooks.

1. Navigate to Sales, then Credit Memo.
2. Click to toggle the view to see Posted credit memos.
3. Find and double-click on the sales order.
4. Click on Unpost Order in the taskbar.
