Sell the same item for two or more prices on the same sales order

You can sell the same item for two different prices on a sales order. This might happen if your customer ordered items when the price was lower but wants to add more of that item at the new higher price.

1. Navigate to your sales order.
2. Click to highlight the item.
3. Click on Duplicate Item, then choose Yes in the popup window.
4. Adjust the new item’s “Ordered” quantity and “Sell Price”, then hit Enter.
