Unpost a credit memo that has already been transferred to QuickBooks
You can unpost a credit memo even after it has been transferred to Quickbooks to make corrections or delete the order.
- In Quickbooks, delete the credit memo.
- In eGrow Connect, navigate to
Sales, then
Credit Memo.
- Toggle to view
Posted credit memos in the taskbar.
- Find the memo in the left pane and double-click to view it in the right pane.
- Click in the A/R Information tab.
- Click on the Remove Link with Quickbooks button.
- Now the
Unpost Credit Memo button will be available to click in the taskbar.
