Mobile App: Inventory Transactions Overview
In the mobile app, all the transactions (Count, Move, Dump, Shift, etc.) happen in the same window, which is different from the desktop version. The idea is that you can make transactions quickly and simply on the mobile app.
- Search for the crop you want to adjust by using either Inventory by Location or Search Inventory. See below for a description of the information shown in this view.
- Tap on the right side of the list item to see the item detail view.
- You can complete the following transactions in the mobile app.

| Upload Photos | Upload photos from your phone to crop | Take photos, then tap icon to upload them |
| View Transactions | See recent changes make to this crop | Click the icon at the top of the window |
| Other Transaction | Update crop details and notes | Fill out: 1. On Availability (optional) 2. Not Saleable Qty (optional) 3. Spacing Type (optional) 4. Comments (optional) 5. Grade (optional) Then tap and Other |
