Mobile App: Inventory Transactions Overview
In the mobile app, all the transactions (Count, Move, Dump, Shift, Plant, etc.) happen in the same window, which is different from the desktop version. The idea is that you can record transactions quickly and simply on the mobile app.
- Search for the crop you want to adjust by using either Inventory by Location or Search Inventory. See below for a description of the information shown in this view.
- Tap on a list item to see the item detail view.
- You can complete the following transactions in the mobile app.

| Upload Photos | Upload photos from your device | Tap the icon and on TAKE OR SELECT A PIC. Then tap to select from existing photos on your device, or tap to take a new picture. You may also remove images for an item by tapping the checkbox in the upper left corner and then tap Delete at the top right. |
| View Transactions | See recent changes made to this crop | Tap the icon at the top of the window to view the item's transaction log. |
| Other Information | Update crop details and notes | Fill out: On Availability (optional), Not Saleable Qty (optional), Spacing Type (optional), Notes (optional) and Grade (optional). Then tap and Other |
| Count Transaction | Update quantity numbers for the crop with a reason for counting | Fill out: counted Qty, Reason, Spacing Type (optional), Notes (optional) and Grade (optional). Then tap and Count |
| Dump Transaction | Dump quantities of a crop and include a reason | Fill out: number to be dumped in Qty, Reason, Spacing Type (optional), Notes (optional) and Grade (optional). Then tap and Dump |
