Upload photos of plants

eGrow Connect can help you name and manage pictures of your items. These items can be used for internal reference or shared with customers via a Picture Availability.

Tip: You can also upload photos using the eGrow Connect Mobile Application.

Add photos for a single plant

1. Navigate to Inventory, then Catalog Images.
2. Use the search bars to find the name of the correct plant and double-click on it.
3. Click Upload Images and a window will pop up where you will select your photos for upload.
4. After selecting your photos, click Start Upload.
5. When the upload is complete, close the "Upload Images" window.
6. If multiple photos are available, the starred photo will display on a photo availability.

Add a group of photos at the same time

1. Navigate to Inventory, then Catalog Images.
2. Click to  Upload Images and a window will pop up where you will select your photos for upload.
3. After selecting your photos, click Start Upload.
4. When the upload is complete, close the Upload Images window and your images will be showing.
5. Use the search bars to find the name of the correct plants, then click and drag the name of the plant onto the correct photo. The photo will disappear from the "Images pending to be linked" tab. Repeat until all photos have been correctly linked to plants.
